Terms & Condition

• 50% of the Package amount is to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be cleared before 30 November 2026. If the outstanding payment is not received by the stipulated date, the booking will be considered cancelled, and any refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
• All payments must be made only to the Al Quddus Munazzam account provided at the time of booking.
• Complete transportation For MASHAIR will be provided by air-conditioned buses on a seat-by-seat basis up to Muzdalifah.
• Any additional taxes or government charges imposed by the Saudi government will be added to the package price and charged separately.
• In case of no-show company will not be responsible for any charges.
• The selected package category (Double, Triple, or Quad) and the hotel chosen by the intending Haji cannot be changed after booking confirmation.
• Those who obtain their tickets independently must inform us at the time of registration, provide complete flight details along with a copy of their ticket, and ensure that they arrive according to the schedule of their selected package. Please note that hotel check-in is available between 16:00 and 18:00 hours. Any additional costs arising from early arrival, late arrival, or arrangements outside the package schedule shall be borne by the pilgrim.
• Double, Triple, and Quad room categories apply only to the Madinah and Makkah hotel. Accommodation in Aziziyah will be provided on a sharing basis, with 4-5 persons per room. [Male and female pilgrims will be accommodated separately].
• Pilgrims are responsible for properly tagging and handling their luggage, obtaining customs clearance, and safeguarding their baggage throughout the journey. Group management will not be responsible for any loss of baggage in transit.
• Company will not be responsible for any inconvenience due to flight and traffic delays.
• Essential medications must be attested by the Hajj Camp and carried by the pilgrim. Liquid medicines are not permitted. Meningitis, Flu, and Polio vaccinations will be provided by the Hajj Camp.
• If the Hajj visa and airline ticket have already been issued and substitution with another Haji is not possible, no refund will be granted. If substitution is possible, only the applicable visa and ticket cancellation charges will be deducted.
• The package price is fixed and shall not be affected by the number of days spent in Makkah or Madinah due to airline schedules or operational requirements.
• If Hotel stay Exceeds due to any reason will be charged separately.
• Company will not be responsible for any delay or non-issuance of visa.
• Airport pick-up and drop-off services will be provided to Hujjaj by bus on a group movement basis only.
• Aziziyah hotel services will be provided and managed by the hotel management.
• An extra bed will be added in hotel for triple and quad rooms.
• Any services requested in addition to those already included in the package will be charged separately and will be subject to availability.
• Machine-readable passport valid until 16 November 2027.
