• 800,000/- Lacs per person payment to be deposited at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before 15 November.
• Company will not be responsible for any delay and/or non-issuance of Hajj Visa by the Saudi Consulate.
• Package price is irrespective and irrelevant of the number of days Stay in Makkah and Madinah.
• Meet & Assist and baggage handling service at Airport will be provided by United Agent Office.
• Complete transportation by Air-Conditioned Buses except for Tawaf-e-Ziarat and Tawaf-e-Wida.
• Difference of exchange rate on unpaid amount will be charged.
• Mina & Arafat space provide by As per Saudi Wizrat ul Hajj.
• Group Movement Timings in KSA will be subject to Relevant Authorities.
• In case of NO SHOW Company will not responsible of any AirLine charges / package price is non refundable.
• Double & Triple rooms only available in Madinah Hotel, Aziziyah is on a sharing basis.

• *** If a Haji books their own Ticket, they will also manage their own Airport Pick-up and Drop-off ***

• The company will not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damages incurred during travel.
• TICKET PRICE WILL BE SHARED ONCE AIR LINE PUBLISHES THE HAJJ FARE.
