Terms & Condition

• 100% payment of the selected package to be deposited at the time of Hajj booking.
• Company will not be responsible for any delay and/or non-issuance of Hajj Visa by the Saudi Consulate.
• Package price will remain the same. However, the number of days stay in Makkah and Madinah may increase or decrease.
• Sharing accommodation in Aziziyah: Male and Female separate (5-6 persons per room).
• Sharing accommodation in Madinah: Male and Female separate (4-5 persons per room).
• Mina & Arafat: Male & Female pilgrims separate as per space provided by Moallim.
• Three-time meals included in Aziziyah except for 5 days of Hajj.
• Hajj Transport, Aziziya to Mina to Arafat to Muzdalifa.
• In case of cancellation, only ticket charges will be refundable (if not issued).
• In case of NO SHOW, the company will not be responsible for any airline charges.
• In case of currency depreciation, the difference of exchange rate on the unpaid amount will be charged from the customer.
• The company will not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damages incurred during travel.
